Information submitted via the pilot intake form is used to evaluate fit with your CRM, DMS, or marketing analytics APIs. Production deployments should use the buyer-approved lead destination, access controls, retention rules, and vendor review path.

Enterprise Security Controls

  1. In-Memory Streaming Options: Pilot deployments can be configured around live stream analysis without permanent audio recording storage.
  2. Custom Retention Windows: Set custom automated deletion windows (e.g. purge transcripts immediately, after 24 hours, or after 30 days).
  3. Granular Consent Cues: Configure pre-call recording announcements or opt-in caller notifications to support the buyer's legal and policy review.
  4. Private Overlay Mode: Configure rep-facing suggestions to remain in a screen-share-aware workspace designed for internal guidance.
  5. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Playbook adjustments, scorecard audits, and transcript logs are restricted to authenticated managers only.
  6. Data Separation: Sandbox testing and synthetic call simulations are hosted in isolated network environments separate from production databases.
